L-Phase provides a unique combination of Chaste Tree, Paeonia and Chamomile in combination with selective nutrients aimed at supporting female reproductive health & symptoms of PMT.

Chamomile naturally contains apigenin, a phytoprogestin and has shown to assist in menstrual irregularity.

Ingredients:	EACH TABLET CONTAINS: Vitex agnus-castus extract 1 mL derived from fruit dry 500 mg Paeonia lactiflora extract 375 mg derived from root dry 1.5 g Matricaria chamomilla extract 2 mL derived from flower dry 1 g Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 12.5 mg equiv. Pyridoxine (Vit. B6) 7.95 mg Manganese amino acid chelate 12.5 mg equiv. Manganese 2.5 mg Potassium iodide 99 micrograms equiv. Iodine 75 micrograms Selenomethionine 188 micrograms equiv. Selenium 75 micrograms Zinc citrate 36.8 mg equiv. Zinc 12.5 mg
Directions for use:	ADULTS: Take 1 tablet, twice daily.
Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications:	Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health care practitioner before use. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health care practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplementation should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
