  • Bentonite magnetic clay: Since recorded time, therapeutic clays have played a pivotal role in traditional therapies; spanning continents and cultures, it is known for its ability to absorb and adsorb toxins.

 

  • Organic Ginger: Known for its ability to cleanse the body by stimulating blood circulation, digestion and sweating. Alleviates aches and pains.

 

  • Certified Organic Green Tea Powder (Matcha): Matcha contains antioxidants, the micronutrient polyphenols, and chlorophyll that help to cleanse the body of toxins and reduce ageing of the skin. Green tea softens the skin and reduces redness.

 

  • Premium Australian Zeolite: Zeolites are volcanic minerals that were formed around 300 million years ago. The zeolite has the ability to adsorb (attach) and then absorb (lock away) pollutants, helping to prevent the build up of unhealthy toxins and heavy metals. It traps chemical compounds with it’s honeycomb crystalline structure.

 

  • Aluminium Free Baking Powder: Sodium bicarbonate is a great alkaliser, and a great cleanser, even acts as an anti fungal. Aluminium free baking powder is absorbed deeply through the skin and penetrates the lymphatic system, aiding in detoxification.

Directions for use

BATH:

Make a paste with a small amount of warm water and 1/4 cup of Ancient Detox Bath Salts. Mix well into warm bath water. Continue to stir the bath and move water around to circulate the clay and salts.

(Tiny clumps are normal)

Duration: 20 – 30 minutes 1-3 x week

Finish with a warm shower to rinse off the skin of any clay residue

Take care exiting the bath as clay can be slippery.

Drain bath and then continue to flush/run water down drain to ensure clear drain for 1-2 minutes.

POST BATH CARE:

Moisturise the skin with Extra Deep Moisturising Skin Lotion, to relieve any dryness.

Drink extra filtered water and herbal tea.

Rest or go to bed to sleep.

FOOT BATH:

1/4 cup Ancient Detox Bath Salts mixed well into a warm foot bath

Duration: 20 – 30 minutes 1-3 x week

FACE MASK:

Mix well into a paste with a small amount of warm water. Allow to cool. Apply the paste with fingers onto skin and massage into face (avoiding the eyes and lips).

Duration: Leave on face for 15 minutes then wash off with warm water.
