I went to Linda initially as I have been struggling with menopausal symptoms and weight gain. I was feeling lethargic and foggy and wanted some expertise.
I have worked with Linda previously when I was struggling to conceive children and she was a wealth of support and knowledge. She also helped me prepare my body and I successfully had 3 gorgeous children.
Therefore, it was a natural progression for her to help me through my next challenge of menopause.
