  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your chosen Retreat date
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the Retreat date 
  • A 100% refund of deposit will be returned, less the admin cost of $200 for cancellation prior to 30 days before retreat start date.
  • There is no refund if there is a cancellation 29 days before retreat start date.
  • Airport transfer is available from the Sunshine Coast Airport at an additional fee of $250 return
