Lomilomi/Romiromi/Mirimiri is a combination of deep bodywork, release of blocked energy through pressure on the haemata (key body points)pule/Kaupere (ancient prayer) and counselling. Traditional bodywork impacts the central nervous system at a cellular level. All body systems are invigorated to assist shifting the body back into balance. Don't be surprised if past lives are discovered.

Sound Bath using Tuning Forks

Using various tuning fork frequencies for healing offers numerous benefits.

Helps tune the body's natural cycle or circadian rhythm, promoting homeostasis and restoring balance.
