Ancient Detox Bath Salts, Scalar Wave Enhanced
Directions for use
BATH:
Make a paste with a small amount of warm water and 1/4 cup of Ancient Detox Bath Salts. Mix well into warm bath water. Continue to stir the bath and move water around to circulate the clay and salts.
(Tiny clumps are normal)
Duration: 20 – 30 minutes 1-3 x week
Finish with a warm shower to rinse off the skin of any clay residue
Take care exiting the bath as clay can be slippery.
Drain bath and then continue to flush/run water down drain to ensure clear drain for 1-2 minutes.
POST BATH CARE:
Moisturise the skin with Extra Deep Moisturising Skin Lotion, to relieve any dryness.
Drink extra filtered water and herbal tea.
Rest or go to bed to sleep.
FOOT BATH:
3 heaped spoonfuls of Ancient Detox Bath Salts mixed well into a warm foot bath (using spoon provided)
Duration: 20 – 30 minutes 1-3 x week
FACE MASK:
Mix well into a paste with a small amount of warm water. Allow to cool. Apply the paste with fingers onto skin and massage into face (avoiding the eyes and lips).
Duration: Leave on face for 15 minutes then wash off with warm water.
