Hatha Yoga

The physical practice of Hatha Yoga is a relatively slow, flowing exploration of poses.

Lomilomi/Romiromi/Mirimiri is a combination of deep bodywork, release of blocked energy through pressure on the haemata (key body points) pule/Kaupere (ancient prayer) and counselling. Traditional bodywork impacts the central nervous system at a cellular level. All body systems are invigorated to assist shifting the body back into balance.

Sound Bath using Tuning Forks

Using various tuning fork frequencies for healing offers numerous benefits.

Helps tune the body's natural cycle or circadian rhythm, promoting homeostasis and restoring balance. Furthermore, it attunes the body's vibrations on a cellular level and enhances the activation of Qi, allowing life force energy to flow freely. The treatment also balances the nervous system by aligning the right and left brain, improving cognition and clarity of thought.

Meditation for Manifestation & Spiritual Expansion

You will be learning to create and manifest both the physical, mental and emotional, all from the quantum field -

Aromatherapy massage uses specific targeted pure essential oils for the individual. It is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. These are also some of the basic benefits of massage therapy. Adding essential oils will enhance such benefits.

Program

Retreat guests will be due to arrive at 2pm for our check in processes and orientation.

The full itinerary will be emailed to our guests upon booking, as each person will have an individually tailored schedule.

Most activities are experienced as a group, with the exception of sessions such as Maori Healing, Tuning Fork sound healing, Psychic/Medium readings & Aromatherapy massages.

Meals

Breakfast will be included at this Retreat in the form of a hamper basket. A full kitchen along with juice bar allows you to prepare your own breakfasts using the hamper ingredients provided.

Lunches and Dinners will be prepared by Elevata and brought to you in your Villa.

We cater for all dietary requirements, and will require any special requests or needs to be included in our onboarding form that is sent out when bookings are secured. This allows us to customise your food hampers according to your needs.
