Highly bioavailable minerals: Mineral Essentials is formulated using bisglycinate forms of minerals (Meta Mag® Magnesium, Meta Fe® Iron and Meta Zn®) Zinc to provide greater bioavailability compared to other organic mineral forms. Bisglycinate forms are specifically used to help reduce conflicts for absorption as the bisglycinate form bypasses the normal competitive mineral uptake channels.2
